Cadence Showchoir Costume Information
Accessories:
In addition to costumes, other accessories such as shoes, socks (for the boys) and special undergarments are necessary.
Girls' accessories:
- Nude-color bodysuit with clear straps
- Nude-color tights
- Nude-color Capezio Pedini dance shoes (see photo below)
Boys' Accessories:
Please purchase the "Micah" dress slip-on shoe at any Payless shoe store, or at Payless.com. Click here for information.
The girls' items may be bought at Kay Clay, at 254 N. Cass Avenue in Westmont. Please visit the store to try on the items before purchasing. Pedini shoes from previous years may be worn if they are in good condition. You may also want to check with friends whose daughters have outgrown their shoes. Returning Cadence members may also wear bodysuits and tights from the previous year, as long as they still fit. For the 2011-2012 year, please visit discountdancesupply.com and search for item #D5107, the "V" front black dance pants. They are available in adult and child sizes. Please determine the size that should be ordered, indicate child or adult size, and then email the size preference to Mrs. Joan Latto. Please contact Mrs. Latto with this information by August 15. The cost will be covered by your Cadence tuition.
Any bras worn with Cadence costumes must have clear straps.
