Clinics begin at 12:45.
Dinner: Cheese pizza is provided. Snacks and raffle tickets are available for purchase, please bring spending money (preferably in small bills if possible).
Performance: (featuring all participating groups) begins at approximately 6:00 p.m., with special guests, The Chicagoland Ambassadors. PARENTS AND FAMILY MEMBERS/FRIENDS ARE WARMLY WELCOME TO ATTEND!
DJ/Dance/T-Shirt Signing Party/Social: Following the performance.
Event concludes: 8:30 p.m. Parents should come to the auditorium to pick up students.
A few other things to note:
Wear: This year's Cadence T-shirt (navy or gray) with clean blue jeans and tennis shoes. Hair should be pulled away from the face (ladies), and please remove all jewelry except for small stud earrings.
Bring: Spending money for snacks and raffle prizes. Prizes include iPods, a Flip camera, and many themed baskets. Thank you to the many families who donated prizes!
Volunteers: As this is an annual event (and it's Cadence's fundraiser), it's important that every family participate in some way. Please contact Mary Bartecki if you have not been asked to volunteer.
Don't forget to bring your water/pop/chips/whatever you've been asked to deliver.

SCHEDULE:
Choir Arrival/Check-In: 11:00 - 12:20pm
First Clinic: 12:45 pm
Dinner: 5:00 pm
Casual Concert: 6:00 pm (each choir performs two songs in their choir t-shirts, (i.e., no costumes).
Dance and Social: 7:00 pm - 8:30pm
Clinic, Professional DJ, Dance and Dinner
NOTE: Beverages,snacks and a raffle will be sold between clinics and during the dance.
After dinner, groups will perform in a non-competitive, "yay for everyone" SHOWCASE featuring 1-2 of their featured songs FOLLOWED BY A DANCE/SOCIAL CELEBRATION with a professional DJ!
